This means decluttering, cleaning thoroughly, completing any necessary repairs, refreshing the paint where needed, and cultivating an inviting ambiance that prompts buyers to envision themselves living there. 2. Setting the Right Price:

3. Listing the Property:

Time to give your home its online debut! We’re talking gorgeous professional photos, effective descriptions, and a dance in the spotlight on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). As your Realtor, I’ll handle all of this and so much more.

4. Marketing Strategies:

This is where the real magic happens: online advertising, boosted ads, open houses, and innovative trends for social media to allow maximum exposure to bring top buyers. 5. Showings and Negotiations:

Show time! Potential buyers are eager to step into your home. Showings are scheduled, and now it’s time for the art of the deal. 6. Getting to the Closing Table:

Home inspections, appraisals, paperwork, paperwork and did I mention paperwork? But no biggie, with my expertise I’ll coach you through these final challenges, making sure you get to the closing table with grace. (Personally, I hire a transaction coordinator, at no extra cost to my client, to ensure that nothing ever gets missed.)

7. Post-Sale:

So, the confetti has fallen, and the curtain closes, but we’re not done yet. After the sale, there’s still a bit of housekeeping to do. I’ll help with key handovers, provide you with a list to help with transferring utilities, and tie up any loose ends. I’m with you until the very end of the credits.
